Full Time Physical Therapist Wanted
We are seeking a committed Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice. In this role, you will collaborate with patients to help them regain their mobility and reach their highest level of functionality. We believe that every patient should have the opportunity to perform at their best, regardless of their medical history or treatment environment. You will be part of a supportive team in a modern facility focused on providing high-quality care.
Salary: $100,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances
Patient Volume: 1-2 patients a day

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
- Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
- Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
- Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
- Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
- Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Washington state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
