Full Time Physical Therapist Needed

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice. In this position, you will collaborate with patients to help restore their movement and achieve their highest level of functionality. We believe that every patient should have the chance to perform at their best, regardless of their medical background. As part of our supportive team, you will be committed to providing outstanding care.

SALARY: $95,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devices
  • Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
  • Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needs
  • Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
  • Evaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patients
  • Makes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as required
  • Works with the referring physician for individual needs
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current California state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
