Exciting Opportunity for Full Time Physical Therapist
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice. In this role, you will work alongside patients to restore their mobility and assist them in reaching their optimal functionality. SALARY: $95,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devices
- Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
- Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needs
- Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
- Evaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patients
- Makes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as required
- Works with the referring physician for individual needs
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current California state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
