Full Time Physical Therapist Needed
We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice. In this role, you will partner with patients to restore their movement and help them attain their best possible functionality. We believe that every patient has the right to perform at their peak, irrespective of their medical history. As part of our collaborative team, you will be dedicated to providing exceptional care. You will work with a diverse patient population, gaining valuable experience and insight. Our goal is to empower patients and support them on their journey to better health.

Salary: $90,000-$120,000 per year (depending on experience) with full benefits.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8 am - 4 pm

Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour

Types of Patients: Geriatric Patients and Adults

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devices
  • Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
  • Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needs
  • Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
  • Evaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patients
  • Makes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as required
  • Works with the referring physician for individual needs
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
