Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed
SALARY:
We are seeking a talented and empathetic Physical Therapist to join our clinic. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients dealing with musculoskeletal and functional impairments, developing tailored treatment plans that meet their specific rehabilitation goals. You will be instrumental in monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed. Your passion for patient care will contribute to building strong relationships and enhancing overall patient experiences.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - 115,000 per year plus full benefits
- Prepares for patient evaluations according to department policies, procedures, and standards of practice, including obtaining comprehensive patient history and demonstrating knowledge of diagnoses.
- Researches unfamiliar diagnoses to ensure thorough understanding and effective treatment.
- Selects and administers appropriate tests and measures to assess patient condition.
- Establishes individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, patient goals, and evidence-based best practices.
- Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and departmental standards.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
