Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed

Looking for a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team, where we focus on delivering personalized care to help patients achieve their mobility goals. In this role, you will evaluate patient needs, design customized treatment plans, and collaborate with dedicated staff to ensure optimal recovery outcomes in a supportive environment.

SALARY:
  • $90,000 - 115,000 per year plus full benefits
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prepares for patient evaluations according to department policies, procedures, and standards of practice, including obtaining comprehensive patient history and demonstrating knowledge of diagnoses.
  • Researches unfamiliar diagnoses to ensure thorough understanding and effective treatment.
  • Selects and administers appropriate tests and measures to assess patient condition.
  • Establishes individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, patient goals, and evidence-based best practices.
  • Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
  • Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and departmental standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth
  • Strong manual therapy and exercise skills.
