Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed
SALARY:
Looking for a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team, a community-focused provider of rehabilitation services. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating personalized treatment programs, and fostering a supportive environment that encourages patient engagement and progress. Additionally, you'll participate in community outreach efforts, helping to raise awareness about injury prevention and wellness.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - 115,000 per year plus full benefits
- Prepares for patient evaluations according to department policies, procedures, and standards of practice, including obtaining comprehensive patient history and demonstrating knowledge of diagnoses.
- Researches unfamiliar diagnoses to ensure thorough understanding and effective treatment.
- Selects and administers appropriate tests and measures to assess patient condition.
- Establishes individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, patient goals, and evidence-based best practices.
- Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and departmental standards.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
