Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed

Looking for a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team, where we believe in a patient-first approach to rehabilitation. You will assess patient needs, implement effective treatment strategies, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a supportive and effective recovery process. SALARY:
  • $90,000 - 115,000 per year plus full benefits
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prepares for patient evaluations according to department policies, procedures, and standards of practice, including obtaining comprehensive patient history and demonstrating knowledge of diagnoses.
  • Researches unfamiliar diagnoses to ensure thorough understanding and effective treatment.
  • Selects and administers appropriate tests and measures to assess patient condition.
  • Establishes individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, patient goals, and evidence-based best practices.
  • Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
  • Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and departmental standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth
  • Strong manual therapy and exercise skills.
