Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed
SALARY:
Looking for a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team, committed to bridging the gap between injury and recovery. In this role, you will evaluate patient conditions, create personalized treatment plans, and engage in community outreach to promote health education and injury prevention. You'll also have opportunities for professional growth through workshops and conferences, ensuring you stay at the forefront of physical therapy advancements.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - 115,000 per year plus full benefits
- Prepares for patient evaluations according to department policies, procedures, and standards of practice, including obtaining comprehensive patient history and demonstrating knowledge of diagnoses.
- Researches unfamiliar diagnoses to ensure thorough understanding and effective treatment.
- Selects and administers appropriate tests and measures to assess patient condition.
- Establishes individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, patient goals, and evidence-based best practices.
- Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and departmental standards.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
