Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed
SALARY:
Looking for a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team, where we prioritize holistic care and patient empowerment. In this position, you will conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support patients on their journey to recovery. You will also engage in patient education initiatives, promoting long-term health and wellness beyond therapy sessions.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - 115,000 per year plus full benefits
- Prepares for patient evaluations according to department policies, procedures, and standards of practice, including obtaining comprehensive patient history and demonstrating knowledge of diagnoses.
- Researches unfamiliar diagnoses to ensure thorough understanding and effective treatment.
- Selects and administers appropriate tests and measures to assess patient condition.
- Establishes individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, patient goals, and evidence-based best practices.
- Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and departmental standards.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
