We are currently hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our orthopedic outpatient clinic! Our practice is dedicated to manual therapy and joint mobilization, utilizing a hands-on approach to patient rehabilitation. We prioritize teamwork, continuous education, and a strong focus on patient-centered care. You will have the opportunity to work with a varied patient population and make a meaningful impact on their recovery journey.
Salary:
$90,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
- Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
- Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
- Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
- Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
- Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
