Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed
We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in our orthopedic-based outpatient practice. Our facility specializes in manual therapy and joint mobilization, providing a hands-on approach to rehabilitation. We value collaboration, continuing education, and a patient-centered focus to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to their recovery journey.
Salary:
- $90,000 - $115,000 a year plus full benefit
- Conduct assessments to ascertain the root cause of pain or chronic pain
- Develop individualized treatment plans and re-assess each session
- Implement therapeutic exercises
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals or personal trainers to provide comprehensive care
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited program
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Orthopedic experience preferred.
- Active state license as Physical Therapist is required.
- Written or verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy
- Knowledge of manual therapy techniques and mobilizations
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate care attitude
