Full Time Physical Therapist Needed
Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join an orthopedic outpatient practice. In this role, you will partner with patients to restore their motion and help them achieve their personal best in functionality. It is our belief that our patients should perform at their maximum level regardless of past and current medical conditions and treatment setting. You will have the opportunity to create personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs and goals.
Salary:
$100,000-$130,000 per year with full benefits.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

- Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
- Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
