Full-Time Physical Therapist Wanted
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice. In this role, you will collaborate with patients to enhance their mobility and help them reach their personal best in functional performance. We believe that every individual deserves to perform at their highest potential, regardless of previous medical conditions or treatment backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and aspirations.
Salary:
$90,000-$120,000 per year (depending on experience) with full benefits.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8 am - 4 pm
Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour

Responsibilities:
- Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devices
- Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
- Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needs
- Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
- Evaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patients
- Makes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as required
- Works with the referring physician for individual needs
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
