Exciting Opportunity for a Full-Time Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Physical Therapist to become part of our orthopedic outpatient team. In this position, you will partner with patients to enhance their mobility and support them in achieving their best possible functionality. We believe that every individual should be able to perform at their peak, regardless of their medical history. You will have the flexibility to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the specific goals and needs of each patient.
Salary:
$90,000-$120,000 per year (depending on experience) with full benefits.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8 am - 4 pm
Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Responsibilities:
- Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devices
- Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
- Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needs
- Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
- Evaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patients
- Makes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as required
- Works with the referring physician for individual needs
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
