Full-Time Physical Therapist Position Available
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient practice. In this role, you will work closely with patients to improve their mobility and help them achieve their highest level of functionality. We believe that every patient should have the opportunity to perform at their best, regardless of their medical history or previous treatment experiences. You will have the flexibility to create personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique goals and needs.

Salary:
- $95,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits.
- Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
- 1-2 patient per hour

- Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devices
- Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
- Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needs
- Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
- Evaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patients
- Makes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as required
- Works with the referring physician for individual needs
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
