Join Our Team as a Compassionate Physical Therapist!

Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist with a desire to empower patients on their journey to recovery? We’re looking for someone like you to join our dynamic team, where you can build meaningful relationships with patients and help them regain their strength and mobility.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Patient Volume: 1-2 patients daily
Insurance Mix: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Conditions Treated:

• Lower Back Pain
• Shoulder Pain
• Knee Pain
• Chronic Pain
• Elbow Pain
• Neck Pain
• Osteoarthritis

Patient Demographics: Young adults to geriatric patients (ages 21 to 85+)

Responsibilities:

• Create tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments.
• Provide encouragement and support, helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
• Monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Keep thorough and accurate documentation of all patient interactions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must hold a WA Physical Therapist License.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
• Preferred experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Excellent manual therapy techniques.
• Proficiency with EMR software (e.g., WebPT).
