Full Time Physical Therapist Wanted
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in an Orthopedic Outpatient Office. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical abilities and limitations. Using standardized assessment tools, you will identify specific areas for improvement—such as strength, range of motion, coordination, and mobility. This initial evaluation will form the basis for developing tailored treatment plans that address each patient's individual needs, ensuring a focused and personalized rehabilitation process.

Salary:
- $100,000-$130,000 per year with full benefits
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

- Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
- Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
- Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
- Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
- Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
- Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
