Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed for an Orthopedic Outpatient practice

Looking for an empathetic and motivated Physical Therapist to be part of our team. We help our patients build their physical resilience, so that they can perform in areas of life that are of significance to them. We have created a Patient First practice which means we believe in and execute on building long lasting relationships with our patients through trust, respect, and good communication.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Salary:
  • $90,000 - $115,000 a year + full benefits.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough initial assessment of the patient’s current condition, medical history, functional limitations, and goals to make sure we can help the patient.
  • Develop an individualized plan of care based on assessment findings.
  • Help patients understand their journey through the practice to help the patient agree to a plan of care that they can commit to.
  • Treat patients through education, progressive exercise prescription, and manual therapy techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and plans of care as needed.
  • Thoroughly document the services and care provided to patients.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Oregon state license as Physical Therapist
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques.
  • Skilled in developing and conducting exercise regimens.
