Additionally, you will engage in ongoing assessments to track progress and adjust treatment plans, ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.

Salary:
- $90,000 - $115,000 a year + full benefits.
- Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- Evaluate residents’ physical capabilities and limitations through detailed assessments, using standardized tools to identify specific needs.
- Create tailored treatment plans based on assessment results, incorporating residents’ goals and preferences to enhance their rehabilitation journey.
- Administer evidence-based therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Regularly assess residents’ progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and address any emerging challenges.
- Provide education on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and strategies to promote mobility and prevent falls, empowering residents and their families.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license as Physical Therapist
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
- Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques.
- Skilled in developing and conducting exercise regimens.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices and advancements.
