Exciting Full-time Physical Therapist Role

Join our compassionate team at a skilled nursing facility as a full-time Physical Therapist. In this key role, you will evaluate and provide care for patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Your skills in developing individualized treatment strategies will be essential in guiding patients on their journey to recovery and enhanced quality of life. We prioritize a collaborative environment where your input and insights will help shape our rehabilitation programs and improve patient experiences.

Salary:
  • $90,000 - $115,000 a year + full benefits.
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate residents’ physical capabilities and limitations through detailed assessments, using standardized tools to identify specific needs.
  • Create tailored treatment plans based on assessment results, incorporating residents’ goals and preferences to enhance their rehabilitation journey.
  • Administer evidence-based therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
  • Regularly assess residents’ progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and address any emerging challenges.
  • Provide education on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and strategies to promote mobility and prevent falls, empowering residents and their families.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active state license as Physical Therapist
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques.
  • Skilled in developing and conducting exercise regimens.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices and advancements.
