Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Patient Load: 1-2 patients per day
Insurance Coverage: Medicare & Major Medical Commercial Insurances

Conditions Treated:

• Lower Back Pain
• Shoulder Pain
• Knee Pain
• Chronic Pain
• Elbow Pain
• Neck Pain
• Osteoarthritis

Patient Demographics: Young adults to geriatric patients (ages 21 to 85+)

Your Role:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs.
• Motivate and guide patients through their recovery journey with empathy and support.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Track and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure continuity of care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active WA Physical Therapist License.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is a plus.
• Strong manual therapy skills to enhance patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT).
