Position Available for Full Time Physical Therapist
We invite you to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic as a Full-Time Physical Therapist. In this position, you will carry out comprehensive assessments of patients to assess their physical strengths and limitations. Using standardized tools, you will identify specific areas for improvement, including strength, coordination, and mobility. These initial evaluations will form the foundation for creating individualized treatment plans that focus on each patient’s rehabilitation journey.

Salary:
- $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday
- 9 - 5 pm or 8 am - 4 pm

- Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devices
- Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
- Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needs
- Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
- Evaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patients
- Makes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as required
- Works with the referring physician for individual needs
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active New York state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
