We are looking for a passionate Full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic! In this important role, you will evaluate and treat patients with diverse physical impairments, focusing on helping them regain their mobility and improve their daily lives. Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to create and execute individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s specific goals and needs.
SALARY:
We are looking for a passionate Full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic! In this important role, you will evaluate and treat patients with diverse physical impairments, focusing on helping them regain their mobility and improve their daily lives. Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to create and execute individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s specific goals and needs.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - $115,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- Evaluate residents’ physical capabilities and limitations through detailed assessments, using standardized tools to identify specific needs.
- Create tailored treatment plans based on assessment results, incorporating residents’ goals and preferences to enhance their rehabilitation journey.
- Administer evidence-based therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Regularly assess residents’ progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and address any emerging challenges.
- Provide education on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and strategies to promote mobility and prevent falls, empowering residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of treatment sessions, resident progress, and any changes in condition, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license to practice physical therapy
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in physical therapy settings
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills to effectively identify residents’ needs.
- Ability to lift and assist residents, and to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking.
