We are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic! We are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic! In this rewarding role, you will assess and treat patients with a range of physical limitations, working to help them regain mobility and enhance their overall quality of life. Partner with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, making a meaningful contribution to their rehabilitation success.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - $115,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities, medical histories, and specific needs.
- Create individualized rehabilitation plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment modalities to improve mobility and function.
- Work alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of treatment sessions, resident progress, and any changes in condition, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license to practice as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in physical therapy settings
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills to effectively identify residents’ needs.
- Ability to lift and assist residents, and to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking.
