Full-time Physical Therapist Needed
We are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to be part of our orthopedic outpatient clinic. In this rewarding position, you will evaluate and manage patients experiencing various physical impairments, with the goal of improving their mobility and overall quality of life. Collaborate closely with a skilled healthcare team to design and implement customized treatment plans that meet the individual needs of each patient.
SALARY:
We are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to be part of our orthopedic outpatient clinic. In this rewarding position, you will evaluate and manage patients experiencing various physical impairments, with the goal of improving their mobility and overall quality of life. Collaborate closely with a skilled healthcare team to design and implement customized treatment plans that meet the individual needs of each patient.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - $115,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities, medical histories, and specific needs.
- Create individualized rehabilitation plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment modalities to improve mobility and function.
- Work alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of treatment sessions, resident progress, and any changes in condition, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license to practice as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in physical therapy settings
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills to effectively identify residents’ needs.
- Ability to lift and assist residents, and to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking.
