We are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic! In this exciting role, you will assess and treat patients with various physical limitations, working to help them regain mobility and enhance their overall quality of life. Partner with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique needs, making a meaningful difference in their rehabilitation process.
SALARY:
We are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic! In this exciting role, you will assess and treat patients with various physical limitations, working to help them regain mobility and enhance their overall quality of life. Partner with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique needs, making a meaningful difference in their rehabilitation process.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - $115,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities, medical histories, and specific needs.
- Create individualized rehabilitation plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment modalities to improve mobility and function.
- Work alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of treatment sessions, resident progress, and any changes in condition, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license to practice as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in physical therapy settings
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills to effectively identify residents’ needs.
- Ability to lift and assist residents, and to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking.
