We are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic. Join our dynamic orthopedic outpatient clinic, where you will assess and treat patients with various physical impairments, focusing on restoring mobility and enhancing their quality of life. Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique needs and objectives, making a significant difference in their rehabilitation experience.
SALARY:
We are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic. Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique needs and objectives, making a significant difference in their rehabilitation experience.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - $115,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities, medical histories, and specific needs.
- Create individualized rehabilitation plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment modalities to improve mobility and function.
- Work alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of treatment sessions, resident progress, and any changes in condition, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license to practice as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in physical therapy settings
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills to effectively identify residents’ needs.
- Ability to lift and assist residents, and to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking.
