We are seeking a passionate Full-time Physical Therapist to become part of our thriving orthopedic outpatient clinic. Your role will involve evaluating and treating patients facing physical challenges, with the aim of helping them regain their mobility and improve their overall well-being. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create personalized treatment plans that target the specific goals of each individual, contributing to their journey towards recovery.

Your role will involve evaluating and treating patients facing physical challenges, with the aim of helping them regain their mobility and improve their overall well-being. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create personalized treatment plans that target the specific goals of each individual, contributing to their journey towards recovery.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - $115,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities, medical histories, and specific needs.
- Create individualized rehabilitation plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment modalities to improve mobility and function.
- Work alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of treatment sessions, resident progress, and any changes in condition, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license to practice as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in physical therapy settings
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills to effectively identify residents’ needs.
- Ability to lift and assist residents, and to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking.
