We are looking for a passionate Full-time Physical Therapist to join our exceptional orthopedic outpatient clinic! SALARY:

Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to develop and execute personalized treatment plans that focus on each patient’s specific goals and needs.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - $115,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, balance, and range of motion.
- Perform detailed assessments to determine physical therapy needs.
- Develop tailored rehabilitation programs that align with individual goals.
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license to practice physical therapy
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in physical therapy settings
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills to effectively identify residents’ needs.
- Ability to evaluate patients' physical conditions, including strength, flexibility, and balance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain treatment plans and motivate patients.
