We are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to enhance our orthopedic outpatient clinic! In this exciting role, you will assess and treat patients with various physical limitations, working diligently to help them regain mobility and improve their overall quality of life. Partner with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique circumstances, making a meaningful contribution to their rehabilitation
SALARY:

SALARY:
- $90,000 - $115,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, balance, and range of motion.
- Perform detailed assessments to determine physical therapy needs.
- Develop tailored rehabilitation programs that align with individual goals.
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and patient progress.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license to practice physical therapy
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in physical therapy settings
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills to effectively identify residents’ needs.
- Ability to evaluate patients' physical conditions, including strength, flexibility, and balance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain treatment plans and motivate patients.
