SALARY:
- $90,000 - $115,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs, goals, and diagnoses.
- Implement a variety of therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility and reduce pain.
- Provide education to patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management techniques.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license to practice physical therapy
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in physical therapy settings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain treatment plans and motivate patients.
- Ability to lift and assist residents, and to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking.
- Efficiently managing a caseload and prioritizing tasks to ensure quality care for all patients.
