Full-time Physical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate licensed Physical Therapist to join our caring team! You will work with a general orthopedic caseload, focusing on providing top-notch patient care. Our goal is to help patients return to their athletic pursuits, work, and hobbies. SALARY:
  • $90,000 - $115,000 a year with full benefits
SCHEDULE:
  • Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs, goals, and diagnoses.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility and reduce pain.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management techniques.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active state license to practice physical therapy
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in physical therapy settings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain treatment plans and motivate patients.
  • Ability to lift and assist residents, and to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking.
  • Efficiently managing a caseload and prioritizing tasks to ensure quality care for all patients.
