SALARY:
- $90,000 - $115,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents to identify physical impairments, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and residents’ goals, ensuring alignment with overall care plans.
- Regularly assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Maryland state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain treatment plans and motivate patients.
- Ability to lift and assist residents, and to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking.
- Efficiently managing a caseload and prioritizing tasks to ensure quality care for all patients.
