Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to become a vital part of our Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic. In this position, you will assess patients thoroughly to evaluate their physical abilities and limitations. By utilizing standardized assessment tools, you will identify specific areas for improvement—such as strength, flexibility, and mobility. This foundational assessment will inform the creation of tailored treatment plans that address each patient’s unique rehabilitation needs, ensuring a focused and effective recovery process.

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to become a vital part of our Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic. In this position, you will assess patients thoroughly to evaluate their physical abilities and limitations. By utilizing standardized assessment tools, you will identify specific areas for improvement—such as strength, flexibility, and mobility. This foundational assessment will inform the creation of tailored treatment plans that address each patient’s unique rehabilitation needs, ensuring a focused and effective recovery process.
Salary:
- $95,000-$120,000 per year (depending on experience) with full benefits.
- Monday – Friday 8 am - 4 pm
- 1-2 patient per hour

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to enhance mobility and strength.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-management strategies.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary for optimal results.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments based on patient response.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of previous clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
