Exceptional Opening for a Full-time Physical Therapist
We are on the lookout for a thoughtful and strategic Physical Therapist to diagnose and treat those with conditions that restrict movement. Your work will focus on improving patients' quality of life by managing pain and optimizing physical function. Our treatment plans require creative thinking, collaboration, and flexibility to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.
Salary:

Your work will focus on improving patients' quality of life by managing pain and optimizing physical function. Our treatment plans require creative thinking, collaboration, and flexibility to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.
Salary:
- $95,000 - $115,000 a year with full benefits.
- Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to enhance mobility and strength.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-management strategies.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary for optimal results.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments based on patient response.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of previous clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
