We are looking for a compassionate and strategic Physical Therapist with strong communication skills to diagnose and treat patients with movement impairments. Salary:
- $95,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits
- Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
- Evaluate patients’ movement impairments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and improve functional abilities.
- Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Instruct patients and their families on exercises and care strategies.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the therapy process.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for patient education and collaboration.
- Ability to think critically and adapt treatment strategies as needed.
