We are looking for a passionate Full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the quality of life of our patients by alleviating pain and improving their physical function. Salary:
- $95,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits
- Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm

- Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and relieve pain.
- Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans.
- Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
- Empower patients to regain their independence and achieve rehabilitation goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and treatment outcomes.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
