Exciting Full-time Physical Therapist Position in an Outpatient Clinic

We are seeking a committed Full-time Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic. Your focus will be on enhancing patients' quality of life by relieving pain and improving physical function. Our treatment model prioritizes flexibility, teamwork, and creativity in delivering exceptional care that empowers our patients. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design personalized care plans, ensuring thorough support for each individual. Your dedication to patient-centered care will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and meet their rehabilitation goals.

Salary:
  • $95,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and relieve pain.
  • Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans.
  • Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
  • Empower patients to regain their independence and achieve rehabilitation goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
