Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to become a vital part of our Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic. As a Full-time Physical Therapist in our Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Your role will involve assessing patients' functional abilities and creating individualized treatment plans that facilitate optimal recovery. Salary:
- $95,000-$120,000 per year (depending on experience) with full benefits
- Monday – Friday 8 am - 4 pm
- 1-2 patient per hour

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to enhance mobility and strength.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-management strategies.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary for optimal results.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments based on patient response.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of previous clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
