Salary:
  • $95,000 - $115,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume:
  • 1-2 patient per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Implement hands-on techniques to enhance mobility and alleviate pain.
  • Assess balance, coordination, and proprioception.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home exercises.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans.
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to individual functional abilities.
  • Empower patients to regain independence and achieve rehabilitation goals.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; new grads are welcome to apply!
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
