We are looking for a passionate and driven physical therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic, where our mission is to support patients in overcoming injuries and illnesses. Our skilled professionals focus on enhancing movement, managing pain, and preventing mobility loss using a functional and biomechanical treatment approach. We also emphasize patient education, equipping them for sustained pain relief.

Salary:
- $95,000 - $115,000 per year with full benefits
- Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
- 1-2 patient per hour

- Assess balance, coordination, and proprioception.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to individual functional abilities.
- Empower patients to regain independence and achieve rehabilitation goals.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; new grads are welcome to apply!
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
