SALARY:
We invite a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dedicated outpatient team. At our clinic, we pride ourselves on using the latest evidence-based practices and individualized treatment strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver exceptional care while being part of a supportive network focused on enhancing patient health and mobility.
SALARY:
- $90,000 - $115,000 a year with full benefits
- Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities, medical histories, and specific needs.
- Create individualized rehabilitation plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment modalities to improve mobility and function.
- Teach patients about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for self-management and injury prevention.
- Engage in continuing education to remain informed about new techniques, research, and best practices in physical therapy.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in an outpatient setting..
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain treatment plans and motivate patients.
- Ability to lift and assist residents, and to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking.
- Efficiently managing a caseload and prioritizing tasks to ensure quality care for all patients.
