Full Time Physical Therapist Wanted in Recover Well Therapy Clinic

Join our orthopedic outpatient practice as a Physical Therapist dedicated to helping patients regain their mobility and reach peak functionality. In this role, you’ll collaborate with patients to improve their quality of life through comprehensive care, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation.

Salary: $90,000 to $115,000 per year plus full benefits.

Work Schedule: M to F 9-5 pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
  • Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
  • Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
  • Manual Therapy
  • Formulate individualized care plans using diverse therapeutic techniques.
  • Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
  • Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.

Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist License in the state.
  • DPT Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
