In this position, you will work directly with patients to create tailored rehabilitation plans that ensure effective recovery and improved quality of life.

In this position, you will work directly with patients to create tailored rehabilitation plans that ensure effective recovery and improved quality of life.
Salary:
- $90,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and exercises.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments.
- Educate patients and families on recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Texas state license as Physical Therapist.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR software (WebPT).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
