Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility. You will be responsible for assessing and treating residents with diverse physical challenges, aiming to improve their mobility and well-being. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans that address specific rehabilitation goals and enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Salary:
$100,000-$130,000 per year (depending on experience) with full benefits.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume: 1-2 patient per hour

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans for residents.
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to enhance mobility and functional independence.
- Educate residents and families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for all treatments.
- Monitor and evaluate resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of facility protocols and best practices.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Virginia state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus.
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
