Schedule:
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our mission-driven skilled nursing facility. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of expert therapy professionals dedicated to helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses. You will focus on improving their mobility, managing pain, and preventing loss of movement, all while providing compassionate care in a supportive environment.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
- Evaluate and treat patients according to your best clinical judgement
- Ensure patients understand and agree to their plans of care
- Educate and support patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Monitor and analyze patient outcomes to optimize therapy effectiveness.
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in physical therapy techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress and modify plans as needed.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Pennsylvania state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy
- Knowledge of manual therapy techniques and mobilizations

- $90,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits
