Join our team as Full-Time Physical Therapist in an Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic
Schedule:
An outpatient orthopedic clinic is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, each with unique ages and diagnoses, tailored to the clinic's specialties. Our treatment sessions are individualized, emphasizing a patient-centered approach. Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
- Assess and evaluate patients' orthopedic needs to develop effective treatment plans.
- Implement and administer evidence-based physical therapy interventions tailored to individual patient goals.
- Foster an inclusive environment by engaging with diverse patient populations and promoting equitable care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and drive innovation in treatment approaches.
- Educate patients on their conditions and empower them with self-management strategies for better recovery.
- Document patient progress accurately, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Pennsylvania state license as Physical Therapist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a orthopedic outpatient setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment.
- $90,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits
