Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed

Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patients' orthopedic needs to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Implement and administer evidence-based physical therapy interventions tailored to individual patient goals.
  • Foster an inclusive environment by engaging with diverse patient populations and promoting equitable care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and drive innovation in treatment approaches.
  • Educate patients on their conditions and empower them with self-management strategies for better recovery.
  • Document patient progress accurately, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Pennsylvania state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a orthopedic outpatient setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment.
Salary:
  • $90,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits
