We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. In this position, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs for skilled nursing facility residents. This role involves evaluating patients’ mobility and functional abilities, creating tailored treatment plans, administering therapeutic interventions, and monitoring progress. Educating patients and families on exercises and safety is key, alongside collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
Salary:
We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. In this position, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs for skilled nursing facility residents. Salary:
- $100,000-$130,000 per year (base on experience) with full benefits.
- Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- 1-2 patient per hour

- Evaluate and treat residents using clinical judgment tailored to their unique needs.
- Ensure residents and their families understand and agree to individualized care plans.
- Educate and support residents and families on treatment plans and home exercise routines.
- Monitor and analyze patient outcomes to enhance therapy effectiveness and promote recovery.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy relevant to skilled nursing.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active and unrestricted Virginia state license as Physical Therapist.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
