Position Available as Full-Time Physical Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic. Salary:
  • $95,000 - $115,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Patient Volume:
  • 1-2 patient per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and relieve pain.
  • Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans.
  • Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
  • Empower patients to regain their independence and achieve rehabilitation goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience; new grads are welcome to apply!
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
